- 1 eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 1 Tbsp. skippy creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry jam
- 2 Tbsp. pancake syrup

Directions
- Microwave Spread in 2-cup microwave-safe glass measuring cup at HIGH 10 seconds or until melted. Tilt cup to coat sides; set aside.
- Evenly spread Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter on bread, then jam. Fold bread in half and cut in half crosswise.
- Lightly beat egg with milk in prepared measuring cup with fork. Press in bread and let stand, turning once, 1 minute or until both sides are soaked.
- Microwave covered at HIGH 2 minutes or until puffed and egg is thoroughly cooked. Let stand 2 minutes. Turn onto serving plate, then drizzled with syrup.
