  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Directions

    1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heath, stirring until the meat is browned and the onion starts to turn translucent, about 10 minutes.
    2. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, oregano, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
