Great 👍 I used vegetable stock instead & idk why but it still turned out awesome

It couldn't have been better! Thank you for sharing! I used less ingredients: I added slices of sausage to sautéed garlic and green onion in hot oil and a little bit of chili powder. Removed the sausage and drained the oil. Next, diced tomatoes, can of red beans and sausage. I simmered it for over 10 minutes and I loved the tang the tomatoes created. Will definitely make this again.

Followed easy instructions. I added 3lb of spicy sausage instead of 1 and it turned out delicious.
