Great!
And so easy!
I used 1 large avocado and juice of 1/2 lime.
I do low sodium, but I did add a teeny bit more than was called for.
I mashed it all with a potato masher - much easier!

Turned out great, but I used scallions instead of onions and added chili powder and cayenne pepper to add a little pizzazz.
