It was fine, but I prefer marinated recipes. The salmon was juicy and didn’t really need the topping. It seemed like two separate dishes - the fish and the topping - because the fish doesn’t take on the flavor of the topping.

Loved this simple but healthy recipe! We used Dijon and light Duke's mayo. Making it for the second time tonight!
