- 250 grams mince beef (finely diced lean, or pork;)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- chilli oil (Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow, to taste, I use about 100g;)
- ginger (About a tablespoon of freshly grated)
- sesame seeds (to taste;)
- black pepper (to taste;)
- 4 spring onions (diced)
- coriander leaves (Fresh, to taste, optional.)
