  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese (2/3 cup, for meatballs)
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz. per jar)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    3. Grate or press the garlic cloves into a large mixing bowl. Add the beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Using clean hands, mix the ingredients until just combined. (Pro tip: Don't have Italian seasoning? Make your own blend with dried oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary, and sage.
