Description
Tender meatballs just like your Italian grandma would make, in a fraction of the time. A simple mix of ground beef, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese form these meatballs that get baked in the oven before taking a quick simmer in your favorite marinara sauce. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

Very easy to make. I would recommend a little less salt. They were also very greasy, but I was using 80/20, so maybe that's on me.

These were absolutely delicious. Good consistency while still moist inside. A favorite for sure!

Turned out the absolute best. Genuinely easy to make (I'm a sluggish cook, so, I stumble over minimal challenges, but not this time). My family set a world record in gulping down a bowl of tagliatelle with the meatballs and sauce 😄 We're all very happy with the result. This recipe is a keeper.
