- 4 cups cooked turkey (diced, or substitute with an equal amount of cooked, diced chicken)
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 cups medium egg noodles (uncooked dry)

- pepper
- fresh parsley (Optional garnish: chopped)
