This was great!! I added 1/2 cup beef broth (from a pc roast), about 4 shakes of coconut aminos, and 4 big handfuls of fresh spinach. I subbed maybe 2-3 tablespoons of garlic powder instead of cloves. We served the jambalaya over riced broccoli, and it was awesome! First time trying riced broccoli, and we’ll definitely do that again
