I wish I liked it, but just tasted really odd and for me wasn’t enjoyable. I recently became vegan and really missed my breakfast cottage cheese. I liked the idea, will use it more for a ricotta type recipe vs cottage cheese.

Really good!! If you intend to serve it right away make sure the tofu is cold from the frig! I added a1” piece of lemon zest and a second spoon of nutritional yeast cuz my taste buds are dead!😉
