This is a great quick and eays recipe! I personally would add a bit more flavor/spice to it. I used more vegetable broth and added a little bit of sriracha and I thought it worked great. I also subbed chard and spring onions with kale and cilantro since that’s what I had, and those worked with the soup very well ☺️

Great, simple, quick recipe. I thought it needed more umami, so added some mushroom XO sauce, but chili bean paste would work too. Also, the tofu I used had been frozen and thawed, which gives it a spongy, chewier texture - I recommend you try it.
