This fresh and easy stir-fry is perfect for the ginger lovers out there. To keep the ginger prep simple, skip the peeler and peel the ginger with a small spoon. You can grate the ginger on the small holes of a box grater or with a Microplane if you don't want to mince it with a knife. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Julia Lee.

- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Combine chicken, salt, pepper, sherry, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Set aside to marinate.
- Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, sugar, and pepper together in a small bowl. Set sauce ingredients aside. In another small bowl, stir the cornstarch together with water; set aside.
- Scrape ginger with a spoon to peel, then mince; set aside. Chop onion and thinly slice carrot. Trim stems from green beans and cut into 1-inch lengths.
