I made the raw (uncooked) organic version of this recipe using the same ingredients but with only one garlic clove and 2 Tbsp of olive oil. I added some raw vegan Parmesan alternative cheese on top and it was wonderful - very fresh and flavorful! I will definitely make this again!

I left out red pepper flakes and added a little white onion. I also used prepackaged Zoodles since I don't have a spiralizer. This recipe is easy and tasty. Bonus points for letting the garlic brown a little extra; the flavor soaked into the Zoodles nicely. I'll be using this recipe a lot!

Absolutely delicious! Will make it over and over and over. I added shrimp and served it as a main dish.
