- 1 red chilli (long, halved, plus a few slices for garnish)
- 1 fresh ginger (thumb-size piece of, sliced)
- 1 lemongrass stalk (roughly chopped)
- 150 grams sugar snap peas (and baby sweetcorn)
- 180 grams beef (Waitrose Cooks’ Ingredients Pulled British, or similar)
- 300 grams egg noodles (we used Waitrose Free Range Egg Noodles)
- 2 handfuls beansprouts
