- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup stock (veggie, chicken, or beef, whatever you have!)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 cups vegetables (chopped, and protein, any kind you like, in these pictures I used 1 shredded cooked chicken breast, 1 small can bamboo shoots, 1 large carrot, 1 chopped bell pepper, and ½ onion)
