- 3 Tbsp. flour (for dredging chicken)

- thyme
- rosemary
- lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter (or margarine)
- 4 cups vegetables (the original recipe called for fresh broccoli; I didn’t have any on hand so I used a California mix of frozen carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 Knorr Homestyle Chicken Stock (serving of the new)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
