    Quick and easy. Great for garnish, salads, tacos . Use all the time on my Bagels, smoked salmon, Phili cr. Cheese, capers and red pickled onions. “Perfect”!

    I didn’t have any whole cloves or other berries. I also had a large onion so I used 3/4 cup water with 3/4 red wine vinegar mixed with white vinegar. I did add 5 peppercorns. The recipe served its purpose.

    Amazing!!!!!!! I have made these several times now and used recipe to do jalapenos and cucumbers
