I am not a pickled anything kind of person, but some friends introduced me to the recipie to go along with carnitas. They're super easy to make! Since I'm not really into pickled dishes, the only way I have enjoyed them is with carnitas. It's like I can't make one without the other!

Turned out really good although I did add one packet of Splenda to take some of the tartness out of it. Tastes awesome in my salads!
