- 8 oz. truRoots Ancient Grains Organic Spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
- Italian herbs
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped basil (fresh, plus sprigs for garnish)
- grated Parmesan cheese (Dried)

Directions
- COOK pasta in large pot of salted boiling water, just until al dente, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
- HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions, 4 to 5 minutes, or until softened. Stir in tomatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in basil.
- PLACE pasta on serving platter. Top with marinara, cheese and basil sprigs for garnish.
