Delicious!! I madw it for the fam and everyone loved it. I did end up having it in the microwave for about 3 minutes 30 seconds in total, so took a bit longer but was worth tge wait.😝😊

Didn't expect it to be this good. It was very tasty and light as it doesn't contain any oil or butter

Substituted red peppers for the tomato. Cooked it a few seconds longer. It came good. I would make it this way again.
