Such a great meal. I changed out the mozzarella for shredded mozzarella because I ran out of normal mozzarella and it worked fine. The texture of the pizza is amazing, it looks amazing, and last but not least it tastes amazing, I will definitely be using this recipe again.

Came out perfect. Baked in oven longer than 15 minutes and increased temp to 450. Depends on oven.

These tasted yummy, but don't skimp on the garlic. I'd add 3 cloves next time or even 4. Overall, I can easily recommend this as lunch or a light dinner (pair with a ceasar salad for dinner to make the meal fuller).

I cooked mine for the recommended 12 minutes, and they ended up a little burnt, so I'll have to keep a closer eye on them next time around. But they were delicious! Definitely going to be maming these again.
