Nice recipe.
I’ve replaced maple syrup by honey and added green lemon, garlic, ginger & chive. It was delicious

It was OK, would have probably been better to double the maple/dijon sauce and allow the the salmon to marinate for a bit.

pretty good, but it feels like it was missing something, though i cant put my finger on what exactly... i used rainbow trout so maybe thats why

Was simple but need to make sure you use a thick mustard if you use real maple syrup so that it offsets the viscosity.

Delicious! I only baked 3 6-oz salmon pieces, and the glaze was enough for the 3 pieces. However, I might add more glaze so there is more after it is cooked.

Straight forward and simple recipe. I will definitely be saving this to the archives. It gives you a lot of room to experiment and add your own personal touch also.

The glaze was super easy to prep and delicious, especially considering how little effort is required. Will certainly be using this recipe again.

I was skeptical of the dijon mustard and maple, it turned out amazing! Awesome flavor and so easy to make! Will definitely be added to my list of favorites.

I wasn’t expecting much since the glaze only had two ingredients but I was surprised! This will be a go to quick easy dinner during the week!
