    Amazing! Quick and so tasty... served w Korean short ribs and crispy rice.

    great easy, tasty salad. I did add 1tblsp honey to dressing. good quick slaw

    Left out the ginger as didn't have any and added coriander. Also only had shiracha which worked pretty well as a substitute for the Korean Chilli paste
