- sriracha (to taste)

Great base recipe, but needs more flavor. I added chicken, lime juice, soy sauce, cilantro, and a dash of roasted sesame oil. There are other things you could put in to add even more flavor. The broth might be really flavorful if it had a chance to cook longer over low heat.

Not bad, my first attempt at making homemade ramen and it was very easy, although not necessarily quick with all the prep work. Liked all the flavors a lot. If I made again I would reduce the amount of kale.

This was so good! I added a few spoons of miso dashi as well as lotus root and Chinese cabbage. Will be making it again for sure
