We loved it! We did over cook it just a bit because we didn't have a thermometer, but other than that the technique of turning it every 5 to 6 minutes after the initial 8 to 10 is genius! It really was tasty and still pretty moist considering we cooked it a minute or two too much. This one is a keeper!
