Quick and easy pitas. You can substitute ranch dressing in place of the yogurt sauce if you wish.

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed & well drained)
- 2.25 oz. sliced black olives (drained)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves (divided)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 1 cup fat free yogurt (plain)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 pita breads (6 inch, warmed)
- lettuce
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- green onions (Chopped)

Directions
- brown beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6-8 minutes
- add spinach, green onions, olives, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp black pepper
- cook and stir an additional 2 minutes then add in diced tomato
