- 2 chicken breast (cut into small bite size pieces, seasoned with salt)
- 5 cups rice (cooked, cool or cold, brown or white)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (sliced)
- 5 1/2 cups broccoli (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tsp. garlic (grated fresh)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce (this is to taste since it's the salt in the dish)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- red chili flakes (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (or margarine)
- 2 cups veggies (frozen, I like a big mix of peas, carrots, green beans, corn etc...)
