These are super easy, rich and delicious. The undercooked egg in the lava part might be a concern for some, so beware of that with this method.
Mine took 18 min in the oven, so do keep a careful eye on them. I set my timer for 10 min and then for every 3 thereafter, but could smell that they were ready before the last time went off. Next time, I will set 12 min and then every 2 thereafter.

I think the bake time was a little too high. Lowered the temp by 25 degrees and even so the cake was completely set without any "lava". Tasty cake but not quite what I was hoping for.
