- 1/2 can diced tomatoes (15‐ounce, approx. 1 cup, drained)
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
