I’ve made this recipe many times. It’s easy, delicious, and pleases a crowd. It’s worth the time and effort to roast those veggies, and keep it cooking low and slow all day. The flavor will be worth it.

Super easy to make and very tasty. I doubled the spices, added some more peppers and added more cheese to make it thicker like a dip instead of chili. Was a hit with the whole party.

Turned out great, my friends and I loved it. All I added was some chorizo and onions, didn't remove anything else.

Absolutely Delicious!!! My family loves this recipe. I added garlic and onions. I also added colby jack along with the pepper jack.
