YUMMY! Jam yielded 3 medium + 1 small jar. Recipe specifies 1/2 juice of lemon, I put 1 tablespoon. I also added 1 tablespoon of sugar. Otherwise, followed all directions & ingredients. I'd recommend boiling mixture to 220 degrees F, and stir constantly. No foam formed for this batch either, which is nice!
