- 2 hot chilies (either red or green)
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
- 3 Tbsp. chili bean paste
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. msg (optional)
- 1 tsp. peppers (szechuan, red or green depending on preference Red a more numbing.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. corn flour (mixed in 1 cup of water)
- coriander (Scalions and, to serve)
