Perfect! Tasted delicious! I used Charleston Purple Sweet Potatoes, which I have had trouble finding recipes to compliment the flavor and these were fabulous!

It was moist and delicious! Yes, the purple hue changes to bluish/gray but it still tasted great! Will definitely be making it again!
