- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (ideally equal amounts of both black and white)
- 50 grams buckwheat
- 25 grams sunflower seeds
- 100 grams seeds (sprouted, washed and shaken dry)
- 1 handful coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
- 3 pinches aleppo pepper (or other dried chilli flakes)
- feta (A little, crumbled, optional)
- 2 medium carrots (about 150g, peeled and roughly chopped)
- 2 shallots (round, about 50g, peeled and roughly chopped)
- 50 grams fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. white miso paste
- 60 mL rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 handful fresh thyme leaves
- 120 mL vegetable oil
