- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg (fresh)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch white pepper (optional)
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or other neutral oil)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup seeds (/nuts, I used sliced almonds and sunflower seeds but you could use anything really)
