So moist and so delicious. First time making frosting and the recipe for that had a lot leftover. Recipe made about 30 cupcakes

Cake is so moist! I added a little bit of fresh lemon juice as well. I will most certainly be using this recipe again!

Delicious! Very easy to make, although I would recommend a Kitchen-Aid standing mixer for the frosting because it got pretty thick. I was still able to use a hand-mixer, but it was a little tough even on the highest speed. I would also recommend cutting the frosting recipe in half because I still had a lot left over, but I am gonna use the rest for another recipe! All in all, they were GREAT!

Amazing! This makes 24 cupcakes, since I was unsure from the directions. I would recommend a stand mixer for the frosting. It gets super thick and the hand mixer wouldn’t cut it. If you want to cut the frosting in half it will be enough frosting for 24 cupcakes.
