  • 200 grams philadelphia cream cheese
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (well drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Use a cup to cut out round slices of crust pastry. Spread pastry in muffin pans.
    3. Set aside.
    4. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon powder. Stir mixture until homogeneous and creamy.
    5. Pour the mixture into each pastry dough, and bake for 15 minutes.
