I would say 5 stars, except it was gooey on the top despite toothpick coming out clean AND 5 extra min after that. Flavor and texture otherwise is amazing.

Best pumpkin loaf ever! Love the taste and moisture. So flavorful! We could have ate the loaf in one day. Thanks for a great recipe.
