  • 400 grams bread flour (wholemeal)
  • 25 grams coconut sugar
  • 1 fast action yeast (pack)
  • 225 milliliters nut milk (I used homemade almond)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 flax egg (3 tablespoons of water + 1 tablespoon ground flax – mix and leave to thicken for 5 mins)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons spice mix (pumpkin)
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin butter
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
