- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin (I used Trader Joe's organic canned pumpkin)
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. honey

- honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cacao powder (organic, cocoa powder works also)
