- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar (or pure maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 4 cinnamon sticks (3-inch)
- 1 whole nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. whole cloves
- 3/4 tsp. whole allspice
- 1 tsp. spice mix (pumpkin pie)
- ice cubes (Plain, or coffee ice cubes)
- 1 cup iced coffee (cold-brewed, concentrate)
- 1/2 cup water (or skip the water and go with more iced coffee concentrate - your preference)
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (pumpkin spice, or more or less, to taste)
- 1 non-dairy coffee creamer (or your favorite, I like my homemade cashew milk coffee creamer in this; coconut or almond milk creamer would also work wonderfully)
- grated nutmeg
- ground cinnamon
