- 1 Tbsp. gelatin (I use Great Lakes brand)
- 1 Tbsp. gluten-free vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cloves (allspice or nutmeg, your choice)
