- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 large eggs (separated)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (butter, or butter flavored coconut oil, melted)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (get it here)
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened, get it here)
- 4 large egg white (room temperature)
- 1 cup erythritol (powdered, or monk fruit, get it here)
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar (get it here)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
