- 1 cup cappuccino (mix, I used pumpkin spice by Douwe Egberts, use your favorite flavor)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups chips (cinnamon)
- 1/2 cup pecans (would have added more, but that’s all I had on hand)
