    Wonderful and easy soup recipe! I used pre-portioned pumpkin I had frozen from the fall harvest, still turned out great! (I also tried adding carrots to one batch...bad idea, I don’t recommend)

    Velvety yummmmm! Quick and easy (after roasting the pumpkin of course!) Would make it again Did not modify but can use coconut milk for vegan option and it would still be amazing!
