- 2 cups coconut flakes (I bought the chips at Fred Meyer in the bulk section)
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil (I used olive oil)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups dried cranberries (I buy Orange Cranberries from Trader Joe’s)
