Tastes good but it’s the third time I’ve made it and every time the cake is too thick so when I try to roll it it cracks and the cream cheese never holds inside. Very frustrating

I have made this multiple times. I wasn’t a fan of the cream cheese filling when I made it the first time. I made this as a pumpkin loaf bread. Sooo good! Even better when its refrigerated. So moist and light

i absolutely love the flavor of the cake and the cream cheese filling was perfect in consistentcy! i wish that the cake would have been a little more dense - mine came out very airy and light.

Very melt-in-your-mouth tasty!! I used this recipe but modified the cream cheese filling with cool whip. Made it for a co-worker who also enjoyed it! Thank you for adding this recipe to Yummly!

It turned out great! Especially delicious with whipped cream. And very easy to make. Will definitely be making this again!
