    It turned out great. We added some baby spinach for extra colour. I agree with previous comments regarding adding a bit of extra purée. If you want it to have a bit of a kick, add more pepper as well.

    Yum! Used turkey bacon and a little extra pumpkin...very delicious!

    Turned out great! As always, i tend to take longer than what the recipe approximates but still worth it! May add a little more pumpkin next time. I used turkey bacon instead to make it a little healthier.

    I can never leave a recipe well enough alone. I used half chicken stock/half duck stock, homemade bacon, and added some smoked chicken after the bacon was rendered. I also used more pumpkin than the recipe called for. Delicious! A keeper for sure.

    I used some leftover pumpkin soup with about a 1/2 cup of chicken broth and it turned out great! I loved it! Mom wasn't a fan of the flavor combination of bacon and pumpkin though.
