- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 pie shell (unbaked 9-inch deep-dish)

Directions
- Use a whisk to mix pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in large bowl until well combined. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in milk and/or cream. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F; bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.
