This pumpkin pie is next level! The crust is great and the flavour is rich and unique. It holds its shape really well. But you gotta work for it, so carve out a day to devote to making it. It takes way longer than the one hour and forty-five minutes quoted on the main Yummly page. I started around 9am and pulled the finished product from the oven around 4:30. There was, of course, a lot of down time in between, but this was my main focus for the day.
